Different Butter Types
Original Whipped Shea Butter
Shea Butter is an amazing moisturizer, but in its natural form can be very difficult to use. Butter By Jazz products are whipped into a souffle texture, that it feels amazing as it is absorbed into the skin and hair.
Diamond in the Rough Butter
This Holy Grail of moisturizing goodness consists of Grade A Shea Butter, Raw Avocado Butter, Raw Mango Butter, and Raw Cupuaçu Butter.
Avocado butter is crushed from the fresh flesh of the avocado fruit through an expeller process. It is a very rich, moisturizing treatment for the hair and skin. It has natural sunscreen properties along with Vitamins A, B, G and E, which makes it a wonderful moisturizing treatment for dry and damaged skin. Mango Butter is pressed from the kernels of the mango fruit through an expeller process. It is also known for its wonderful humectant (moisture sealing) properties. Cupaucu Butter comes cold-pressed, refined, and filtered from the seeds of the Cupuacu Tree in Brazil. Its high water absorption capacity, due to its high phytosterol levels, makes Cupuacu an effective alternative to lanolin.
Coco Butter is pressed from the roasted seeds of the Cacao tree. It is known for its moisturizing qualities and chocolate fragrance. Cocoa butter contains natural antioxidants. It is naturally rich in Vitamin E as well as a number of other vitamins and minerals. Coco Butter in its natural form is even more difficult than Shea Butter to use (like a solid rock). Therefore it must be melted down to be incorporated into a whipped mixture. Yet the moisturizing properties are still maintained.
All of my butters also include Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, Olive Oil, Castor Oil and Vitamin E Oil. Butter By Jazz Products are 100% natural and made in small batches.
In three sizes, Butter By Jazz products are a great choice for personal use (16 oz and 8 oz) or for gifts and party favors (4 oz).
**Important** Because this product is not made with water, please be mindful when using to make sure to wipe your hands off before using these butters, if water contaminates the product it could possibly spoil.
***Heat Warning*** This product melts in the warmer months especially outside with direct sunlight. It may look and feel like lotion and lose its whipped souffle texture, please keep this in mind when ordering this product in the warmer months. If this happens mix with a spoon or wooden popsicle stick and then put the product in the fridge or leave at room temperature to turn back into a solid. But keep in mind even with the lotion texture you can still use and enjoy the same benefits.
*** Cold Warning *** During the winter, Shea butter can freeze while enroute for delivery. If it should freeze just make sure to put out at room temperature (70 degrees) and within a hour it will be ready to use. Please DO NOT put it near a heater as it will just melt and then you will need to put it in the fridge to re-solidify.
